Oversee Production WIP for all vendors on all aspects of production, from development through final production and delivery. Responsible for issuing purchase orders to vendors. Monitored development and all pre-production samples and update vendors on fabric/construction/design change. Review all trims and bulk fabrics and send approvals to vendors. Work closely with Design and Fit technician team to ensure vendors manufacture samples as requested to resolve high risk of production issue. Review cost sheets and negotiate with vendors to maximize the profit and meeting company's goal. Keep track of delivery status on raw materials to factories in Asia. Maintain vendor relationships and communication with vendors to discuss concerns and to prevent potential production/delivery issue. Continuously communicate with all corresponding teams on product updates, delivery schedule and production issue. Monitor vendors on quality control by conducting garment inspection and material testing. Work with forwarders on shipment delivery.

Handled multiple key accounts and oversee from initial development to production process. Identified brand's needs, goals and budgets through development presentation to increase sales growth. Executed all new development, tracked all sampling activities through production to ensure deliveries are met with quality product. Coordinated to conduct proper testing on all fabrics and trims for all brands. Negotiate costs with overseas suppliers and factories to provide competitive costs to buyers while meeting the targets and in-house margins. Involved in finance and invoicing for all Brand related orders. Analyze monthly and yearly forecasts for all brands and ensure needed capacity is reserved. Lead Development and PSR weekly meeting with buyers, assist with seasonal development, price targets and production planning. Accounts: Carhartt, TSC (Tractor Supply), Caterpillar, HUK and Aftco.

Manage VMI and Planned Capacity to monitor inventory levels and coordinate factory to produce inventory availability to ship to DC's and printers. Oversee entire development and production process at a vertical company. Acknowledge PO's, track development status and shipping through NGC portal. Work with R&D team to develop current and future fabrics to reduce cost. Control inventory and raw material handling. Provide testing reports on all raw materials and full garment testing from in-house lab and 3rd party facilities. Managed weekly meeting with the factory to follow up on lead time, printing/dyeing facilities, current development and production statues on all orders. Worked with traffic team on shipping schedule to ensure shipments were delivered on time. Accounts: Fanatics (Blanks, UA and Fangear program).

Responsible for issuing PO's and monitor production to ensure on time delivery. Experienced in PLM to create/manage styles, generate UPC's to upload to Catalogue GXS. Managed and organized raw material library.
