-Capture historical data, analyze, and transform into meaningful displays of actionable information
-Maintain forecasting tools with regular data capturing and alignment of actuals vs forecast
-Support rep forecasting activity from initial building of worksheets to summary tools
-Provide metrics to the sales force for continuous improvement of forecasting results
-Seek and research market signals, conditions, and influences on future sales activity
-Measure forecast against acutal outcomes and make recommendations for process improvement
-Facilitate productive Buy Meetings by coordinating scheduling, reference materials, and planning tool updates
Supply Plan Management
-Build, maintain, adapt, and measure production plan at the model level
-Build, maintain, adapt, and measure UPC level PO creation
-Create and upload purchase orders
-Maintain production efficiency without sacrificing value to the customer
-Interface with Customer Service and Sales team to support execution of the supply strategy
-Cultivate trust, process knowledge, and effective communication with CS, Planners, and Logistics team in Giavera, Italy
Fulfillment Tracking
-Capture real time production status data
-Measure PO fulfillment with the goal of process improvement
