Worked with the design team at BrandIQ to refresh The Flame Broiler’s 170+ restaurant’s in-store visual assets. Together, we developed three new menu concepts for testing. From those concepts, I was responsible for exploring artistic and design styles before finalizing the menu design. Ater gathering resuluts from three groups of test subjects, I was tasked with concepting and producing the remainder of in-store pieces including: posters, sauce dispensers, soda machine artwork, napkins, and more. The goal of this refresh was to align the restaurant chain with a more health-conscious generation.

Joined the “posse” two seasons before the company’s 10-year anniversary to re-brand and re-align the company’s direction and culture. Worked closely with owners, Travis Barker and Johan Esbensen, and sales-reps to develop marketing strategies such as collaborations with Black Scale and Juice! Magazine, focusing on in-line exposure to the brand. Grew our marketing network by connecting the brand with multiple media groups (e.g. Red Bull, Hypebeast, Brownies & Lemonade, etc.) to put together events and grow the lifestyle side of the brand story. Curated and hired models and photographers to execute lookbooks and develop social media projects that drove online hype for the brand’s revival. Designed four seasons of collections with rebranded and updated core aesthetics.

Developed designs and marketing plans to bring the in-house brands to an international scale. Began with hiring and managing a junior design team for CAD design and assistance with marketing assets. Seasonally, I produced all final marketing materials including lookbooks, product photography, copy for fashion blogs and social media posts, tradeshow booths, and branded accessories. Sourced and hired talent for for marketing assets: models, photographers, prop makers, etc. Attended the Otis Internship Fairs to bring seasonal interns into the office and provide them with design experience and a platform to find their creative talents. Assisted the owner on conducting yearly performance review within the creative team and followed up by delivering training content to develop the skills of each individual member. Directed a PR team to tap artists and celebrities to market the brands. Worked with outsourced sales team to communicate our brand missions to our retailers.

Began with a study of modern trends in print design, then we aimed to create visual assets and marketing strategies to jumpstart this start-up company. Assisted in the hiring process of our in-house graphic designers, freelance artists, and staff to run our large-format and high-volume printers. Collaborated with a developer, a junior designer, and a SEO strategist to rebuild the website from the ground up to increase sales and have a strong online face within the print industry. We divided up project tasks to grow the company’s registered customer base by over 400% through delivering unique marketing strategies, offering new products, high-quality social media content, and unique promotions. I helped shape and manage a team of nine to cover the constant flow of pre-press, production, development of marketing actions and assets, data analysis, and social media campaigns and outreach.

After receiving certification in Apple and Adobe Creative software, I focused on sharing softwear knowledge with employees and customers. As Scheduler, I helped fill the required amount of sessions offered every week. On a more personalizing level, the Scheduler also connects customers and fulfills workshop with the right staffing to bring charisma and energy around The Studio. Topics taught would be as broad as understanding the computer to creating posters, building layers of music, or editing video footage.
