While a part of the EMSA Communications team at Northern Arizona University, I was responsible for assembling and distributing print, email, and phone communications both externally and internally. In addition, I utilized the university's student organizational software, PeopleSoft, alongside Salesforce to audit student accounts.

As an editorial intern for Engaged Media, I was responsible for researching potential new publications, developing content, managing social media accounts, communicating through customer relationship management programs, and conducting trend analyses. With a diverse group of publications that totaled to around fifteen regular magazines, I was required to work on projects for multiple works at a time.
