Harry Donahue is the Chief Financial Officer at Xclusive Staffing Inc. Mr. Donahue has worked in both privately held and publicly traded companies in the US and International markets specializing in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Strategic Planning, Supply Chain Management, Operational Improvements, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to joining Xclusive Staffing Inc. Mr. Donahue was the SVP, CFO  at Sierra Companies. Prior to Sierra Companies Mr. Donahue was the CFO & Treasurer at S.A. Technology. Earlier Mr. Donahue was the founder of a successful start-up company. Prior to that endeavor Mr. Donahue was both the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer for a privately held EPC Company that was sold to a Multi-Billion Dollar Company. Before that he was a key member of the M&A team for a Publicly Traded Company which completed the due diligence and deal execution on more than 150 acquisitions during a 5-year period; sales increased from $400 Million to $4.2 Billion. During this same period of time Mr. Donahue was responsible for driving the Asset Securitization Program and Credit Insurance Program that supported a $90 Million credit facility. Earlier in Mr. Donahue’s career he successfully negotiated, structured and closed a $27 Million sale of a distribution company in New York to a $5 Billion B2B e-commerce office and computer products company in Colorado. 
Mr. Donahue holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree in Finance from St. John’s University, New York, New York and a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Iona College, New Rochelle, New York.
