Established guidelines for base-level product requirements including protection, feature, and aesthetic requirements within each riding segment. • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to plan the execution of all steps within product design and development. • Create, Design, and Innovate a product category rich with history by infusing ride-enhancing features focused on technologically enhanced materials and components that improve mobility, thermal regulation, and protection. Efforts led to Harley-Davidson's largest and most advanced FXRG collection. • Directed the riding gear launch of the new H-D Moto Collection of urban-inspired, including the creative, visual, and functional requirements. • Streamlined processes within the development space. Reduced time to product certification from twelve weeks to two. • Align marketing messages with the Marketing Team to prepare dealer-facing catalog copy and consumer-facing product informational videos.
