I assist the tutors and students by monitoring the lab and that means that I promoted a positive, comfortable and productive environment for them to work in. If they have any issues or problems with their computers they'll come to me first. I also have a responsibility for lending out headphones and textbooks and making sure they don't leave the computer lab.
