A passion for skiing, a heart for user experience, and an eye for design lead Holly to pursue her last Co-op semester in Northern Michigan with Boyne Resorts, where she worked on small teams of five gaining experience in hospitality design for ski resorts across the United States and Digital Marketing experience at Boyne Mountain Resort. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a Marketing Minor at the University of Cincinnati in May 2022, Holly hopes to chase experiences that spread stoke for the outdoor industry and will fulfill the adventure seeking heart of her own. 

Holly is a do-er; she is living in the present, excited about making things happen, and thrives in a collaborative work environment. On her own time, you can find her skiing, rock climbing, loving dogs, or raving about sunsets.

Work in CMS to complete weekly website updates, create digital ad sets to push on social, manage the Boyne Mountain app, manage AI chatbot, curate blog posts, create print & digital graphics, contribute to social content, product creation and updates in Aspenware.

Integral part in operations of the largest rental fleet in North America. Repair, tune, and mount rental & personal equipment, assist guests in fitting equipment (boots, skis, snowboards, helmets), organize employee break schedules, organize incident report documentation for records, crown control, and general shop cleaning.

Ski & Snowboard Repair Technician / Shift Lead

Petoskey, MI
Communicated with material reps for samples and product updates, made FF&E selections, weekly site visits during construction phase, referencing CD sets, worked on client presentations in schematic design phase, completed existing conditionsset (physical, on-site measurements-AutoCAD drawings-SketchUp model), & organized material library.

Interior Design Intern

Maui, HI
Assisted an artist on the island of Maui. Digitized Hi8 videos, organized video archives, created collages in Tom’s daily photo journal, helped advertise and organize shows with musicians, & 3D printed scale models of artist’s large scale, rustic, metal sculptures. I spent a great amount of time exploring the island and meeting people!
