Responsible for facilitating and leading product development by working with cross functional teams through all stages from concept to production. * Working closely with the VP to create new styles to meet sales goals and sales margins. * Assisting in forecasting future trends and design ideas. * Working with the Design team on fabric and trim sourcing and development. * Keeping track of all concepts and developed fabrics & trims FDF/swatch/punch with accurate GSM. * Daily communication via polycom or email with Shanghai team for import fabric and trim sourcing. * Creating detail sheets for all potential orders and style developments: listing all styles, creating color codes, art codes, listing fabric contents, quantity, size range, target cost
