Responsibilities included: * Ensure all communications, materials, & presentations enhance the SRS brand. * Execute lead generation & automated marketing campaigns. * Create & manage deal, lead, & sales tracking systems. * PR: Writing press releases (deals & Biz Dev) & distribute to local media. * Prepare presentations for market trade award schedules and explore all speaking & presentation opportunities among your designated markets to better position the SRS team as leaders in the industry. * Assist in event planning for those regional trade shows or corporate events. * Maintain applicable content on the SRS corporate website & blog, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, & Chatter for your designated markets. * Maintain, refine & segment the email distribution lists for your designated markets. * Build & deploy email & QR code campaigns. * Create & update marketing flyers for property listings & tenant rep assignments utilizing graphic design software & web-based templates. * Build presentation decks & books for new business development. * Assist brokers w/ document preparation to include: Letters of Intent, Commission Agreements, Contracts, REV deal forms, & spreadsheets; and maintain deal files, including filing correspondence, contracts, & listings. * Create & foster working relationships w/ current & prospective clients. * Assimilate market tour books & REC Packages by preparing demographics, site criteria sheets, & requesting maps & aerials from the research department. * Handle travel arrangement. * Manage projects & tasks to completion. * Assist w/ outside messenger services, couriers, vendors, contractors & mail delivery. * Assist with onboarding of new hires.
