* Accountable for parts ordering/organization, product improvement, product testing, on snow demos, retailer interactions, and warehouse issues.
* Took the initiative to restructure the warranty and customer service operations by streamlining services for our customers and changing how customers go online to submit warranties by working with the tech team.

Worked to the management level with two direct report employees. Responsible for pre and post inspection of rental properties. Inspections included, proper functioning of appliances and electrical as well as the general condition of property. In cases of required repairs I worked directly with contractors to schedule and inspect work to timely completion. This role also allowed me to interface directly with tenants to ensure their satisfaction.

Developed and executed Slope Style training program for elite level athletes. Trained male and female athletes daily including managing athletes on national tour, results included podiums in USASA National Championships and top five finishes in USSA Revolution Tours.

* Being team manger for Discrete Clothing was a great introduction to the action sports industry. During my time I learned to manage athletes on the team, review their performance, scout for potential athletes, and utilize athletes for social media and marketing purposes. * Simultaneously I was working with our design team to create appealing clothing, working with our manufacture overseas to meet important deadlines, and analyzing our turnover to make effective decisions during our quarterly restock.
