? Handle the tasks of identifying, interpreting, evaluating the inconsistencies, and inaccuracies and perform the clarifications of the same.

Primary responsibilities included:


• Liaising with clients to find out their exact event requirements;
• Producing detailed proposals for events (for example timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets);
• Researching venues, suppliers and contractors and then negotiating prices
and hiring;
• Managing and coordinating suppliers and all event logistics (for example venue, catering, travel);

Managing all pre-event planning, for example organising guest speakers and delegate packs;
• Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget;

• Organising facilities for car parking, traffic control, security, first aid, hospitality and the media;
• Making sure that insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are followed;
• Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue
efficiently;
• Producing post-event evaluation to inform future events
