When working here I did the following, I work with Direct Bills, Invoices, Chargebacks, and Reservations directly through us or through third party websites. The basics were, checking-in and checking out guest, taking payments, and most importantly making the guest(s) feel welcomed which always goes smoothly. I handled cash and credit cards excellently. I take over on the weekends when my supervisor was off. I have worked with two systems for this property and they were, MSI NiteVision 2013 also SkyTouch Hotel OS which I am currently using. I do work with many companies such as UDC, CEMEX, ADT, Edison, Insurance Companies, and many more. I work with the inventory for the hotel as well. My shifts were always 3pm-11pm on weekdays and on weekends they were 7am-3pm. At this hotel I currently work at there are three shifts A,B, and C therefore every agent works by themselves such as I. We do have our Owner and Supervisor on site occasionally.

When working at this restaurant, I did many of the basic procedures such as; taking orders, serving food, kept everything organized, cleaned my station, totals checks and accept payment for services, handle credit /debit cards, ensure all customers were always satisfied with food and service, manage to stock up on inventory and lastly do all tasks that supervisor and or manager leave me to do.
