During my 17.5 years at Nike, Inc, I increased volume in my territory from $750k to 4 Million. I provided excellent customer communication to achieve 100% customer satisfaction which resulted in long term customer relationships and referrals for new business. My role was best described in two areas. Nike Golf Senior Territory Sales Account Manager * Increased my account base from originally 30 resellers to 110 during my tenure. * Worked with partners from a variety of channels to strengthen relationship and increase sales. Partners included Disney, Nordstrom, MLB and NCAA teams, Sporting Goods and Specialty Retail. * Executed product knowledge trainings to clients & partners to increase sales. * Planned, strategized and applied financial data for each account, to meet or beat territorial sales goals. * Worked daily with SAP & Microsoft applications to drive and manage the business. * Attended and presented at seasonal sales events for new product launches. * Chosen as a member of the seasonal product team at Nike’s World Headquarters, providing insight on future product and programs. * Managed a team of 12 to optimize team strengths to expand deals, leverage partnerships, nurture the Nike brand experience with the customer, and grow the business in all categories. Nike Golf National Account Manager for Worldwide Golf Enterprises * While still managing the Nike Golf territory business, I also strengthened and expanded the national Nike Golf business for Worldwide Golf Shops, which is the largest off-course golf account in Southern California, who owns and operates over 80 doors in the US. * Expanded the Nike Golf business in Worldwide Golf from $250,000 to 1 Million in my tenure. * Collaborated with Worldwide Golf to take Nike Golf to their #1 vendor spot, which was also an average of 25% of their national total apparel business. * Responsibilities included weekly update meetings in their local office, seasonal financial planning, strategizing growth possibilities based on their needs, sales and stock forecasting, assortment planning, store visits to local locations and partner-focused activities with Exec Team, Buyers and shop staff.
