Responsibilities: • Seasonal events: WinterFestOC ; Orange County Soccer Club Season • Screen and interview applicants for seasonal opportunities • Run background/security checks on individuals hired. • Assist with regulatory record keeping

Responsibilities: • Manage day to day operation of Case Management department (114 FT/PT staff) ? Instill customer service practices for both internal and external contacts ? Human Resources liaison with payroll/University; bi-monthly payroll reconciliation ? Direct Supervisor of office staff (10 FT); employee assessments, performance reviews • Department Analytics ? Complete monthly analytical dashboard for Case Management and Social Work teams ? Review trends, present improvement plans to Directors • Manage department database (ECIN) ? Develop training materials; Conduct training seminars/workshops • Project Management ? Participate in multiple organizational committees as requested across the Medical Center spectrum. Interact with multi-disciplinary teams. *Took early retirement (after 20 years) in June 2018 and moved to Nevada. Recently moved back to Orange County to be closer to family. The desert was not for me.
