* Responsible for all B2B sales through all avenues (inbound/outbound calls, website and email inquiries, referrals, prospecting, industry tradeshows and events, and industry retailers) consistently outperforming sales quotas and hitting incentives and bonuses throughout the fiscal year.
* Increased sales from $920k to $2.1 million in my first year at the company; consistently increased sales by 10% - 15% each year thereafter frequently breaking monthly sales records eventually averaging $300k+ in monthly sales revenue.
* Implemented a CRM to properly track all clients, leads, sales pipelines, closed deals, and more by moving all company data to a cloud-based system, while also designing and initiating a new sale procedure to increase company efficiency and sales revenue growth.
* Recommended and was put in charge of constructing an email marketing campaign from the ground up enabling additional outreach to potential clients through a new medium (email) in mass numbers leading to an increased number of sales by no less than 8% monthly.
* Volunteered to take the lead role and worked closely with the head developer on a complete redesign of the outdated existing website. Created multiple new avenues of generating leads, in addition to four new sales funnels directly from the company website producing a 100% increase in the number of incoming leads monthly.
* Championed and assisted in converting all internal company documents and legal forms into digital format utilizing emerging technologies, resulting in more streamlined and secure processes increasing the total number of sales the company was able to facilitate monthly by 2.5x.
* Constantly networking and communicating with distributors, retailers, and building relationships while attending industry conferences, I was able to secure key strategic partnerships with some of the largest corporations in our industry eventually solidifying five additional revenue streams and expanding into over 12 new territories.
* Examined industry trends to identify the needs of potential customers and created multiple omnichannel marketing campaigns highlighting solutions specific to the data acquired at the time yielding a 22% increase in the number of leads generated.
* Established a social media presence by creating accounts at the three major social media companies at the time (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and coordinated a posting schedule as an additional source of lead generation and client acquisition.
* Engaged in speaking at industry events and interviews with multiple industry publications to discuss our rapid growth and answer questions about our sales process.
