• Successfully spearheaded various promotional events from conception to completion including all “Hurley Agenda Trade-Show” brand buildouts. Tasked with negotiating municipal permits, managing all contract labor needed, overseeing the event’s diverse personnel.

• Maintained, facilated, and creatively directed all art collaborations, installations, and in-store activations on the Hurley Campus, and worldwide, which in includes South America, Europe, and Japan.
• Responsible for the hiring of both full-time and contractional labor, monitored new-hire documentation, and payroll activities, conducted weekly scheduling reports.
• Helmed all off-site high-volume retail buildouts for Hurley US Open & Hurley PRO.

• Managed $250K-500K departmental budget which included account management, material/office purchasing, inventory control, and vendor relations.
• Responsible for off-site Disney Entertainment Art department of 16 employees.
• Directed and monitored unique creative projects with specialists, designers, and other art/creative directors for both Disneyland and Walt Disney Imagineering. Primary duties were to ensure projects were successfully completed on proper timeline and under budget.
