• Developed and implemented a comprehensive three-year global business plan that produced an increase in revenues from $2.6M to $5.3M and improved gross margins by 7 points in two years. • Realigned the sunglass sales organization resulting in an increase of 48% in new door openings to 786 doors and an increase in revenues of 27% from existing doors • Redirected the global product strategy and managed the development team through the design, development, manufacturing and on-time delivery of 31 new sunglass and Rx models • Launched the company’s first optical eyewear collection.
