• Manages creation, accurate storage, timely revisions, and communication of BOMs, TDPs, and other critical product information in PLM system (and other shared documents) to ensure appropriate information is maintained and shared both internally (among Sunday Afternoons team) and externally (with manufacturing and distribution partners).
• Ensures all prototypes are measured and reviewed for color, construction, material, and other relevant details prior to fit sessions.
• Leads sample review and fit sessions; details all corrections as directed for prototypes and sales samples.
• Collaborates with internal patternmaker and external manufacturing partners to establish appropriate spec measurements based on fit direction and size range provided by Design.
• Requests and reviews sample runs, pre-production samples, and top of production runs as necessary; comments in a timely manner.
• Manages graphic developments (embroideries, screen prints, heat transfers, etc.), along with associated costing and other details as necessary.
• Manages development of customer and/or legally required labels, hangtags, and stickers.
• Follows FOB targets to maintain projected profit margins for each season.
• Accurately tracks status of each style at each key development stage with all manufacturing partners; manages changes and updates information as necessary in a timely manner.
• Reviews inspection reports from QA team and/or factories and addresses/resolves any quality issues in a timely manner.
• Travels domestically and/or internationally to assist in areas of sourcing, development, and vendor management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Daily communication with domestic and overseas vendors to ensure calendar dates are met.
• Work closely with design to ensure Tech Pack deadlines are met and Overviews and Tech Packs are kept up to date as needed.
• Assist with the review and management of the seasonal Development Calendar to identify any issues with key deadlines.
• Manage the Development WIP process including creation of the seasonal WIPs, ensuring all vendors are posting completed and updated WIPs on a weekly basis, reviewing the WIP data to ensure its complete and accurate and following up on status as needed.

• Assist with the creation of seasonal catalogs including communication of photo sample status with Art Director/Photographer, maintaining the Photoshop list and catalog proofing for accuracy of part names, sku #’s, product info and images.

All funds raised during the Waterman’s Ball are given to the SIMA Environmental Fund beneficiaries – ocean-related environmental organizations dedicated to protecting and preserving our oceans.
