Assisted with day-to-day operations which extended from yarn manufacturing to garment testing. • Accommodated the quality control department with performing qualitative testing for its heat shielding products in accordance to ASTM and NFPA standards. • Investigated production inconsistencies of high strength Kevlar yarns in DREF spinning machines to prevent waste material and increase efficiency. • Conducted performance analyses on compatibility of updated core sheath and carding wires to match company's specifications.

Developed a test method for cleaning efficacy of a hard surface wipe for tough stains. • Created a benchmark for the company's hard surface cleaning wipes with other competitors in the market. • Assisted the nonwovens group with testing physical and chemical properties of the company's nonwoven products for quality assurance, ranging from household to hygienic products. • Arranged and updated the group's web-storage cloud of competitor and clientele's nonwoven products in microscopic imaging format.
