Jessica Riddell: Marketing & Assistant Project Manager in Glendale, CA

I'm helping to improve and coordinate project management within the company, making improvements to the company identity, and assisting in office management.

I contributed to the company’s marketing and social media strategies by maintaining and updating their CRM database (Dynamics) in order to coordinate, design, and distribute campaigns and analyze their results. I also helped manage and maintain various company online stores and websites, sample and swatch departments, developed and managed sales collateral, and facilitated our quality team and implemented continuous improvement strategies.

I began working at the studio in high school, doing retouching, filing, data entry. I continued working there through college (and on breaks after I moved to San Luis Obispo), progressing to design, marketing, customer service, event photography, and managing the studio scheduling for the owners and other interns.
