-Designed a logo for Banks Matzinger Construction’s company launch -Conducted meetings with the client to understand their hopes, goals, and desires for their company’s branding, as well as where previous logo design submissions from other designers had fallen short of their needs and expectations. -Designed multiple rounds of logos until landing on a clean modern logo that encompassed everything my client was hoping for. -Prepared a logo package with an overview page of the logo design, instructions on when to use each file type, and various file formats of all graphic assets in organized folders so my client is ready to use their new logo for any print or web project they dream up.

-Designed packaging for San Diego Tempeh’s current food products. -Conducted meetings with my client to discuss both the visual and tangible problems with the packaging they had been using, to understand their needs and wants for their new packaging, and to address potential solutions to the caveats that come with their need to rebrand and rename their company as it expands while also remaining recognizable to their steady stream of usual customers. -Successfully created a set of designs that will help the company transition into a new brand name and set of product packaging while staying true to the company’s ethos, staying identifiable to their current customer base, and appealing to new customers within their target audience. -Created new logos to use in tandem with their old logo’s brandmark in order to bridge the gap between their current line of products and their expansion into new lines of sustainable food and beverage products as the company grows and produces a wider array of products beyond tempeh. -Developed creative solutions to achieve maximum efficiency during the packaging process, to keep the make packaging eco-friendly, to have the product displayed in a visually appealing way-whether it’s sold at a farmers market or on the shelf of a grocery store-, and to emphasize what makes their products stand out from the rest in the world of tempeh. -Prepared all files to the print shop’s requirements and custom specifications for the two sets of packaging and it’s cut-out designs.

-Worked closely with Coldplay’s Director of Merchandise to create content for Coldplay’s social media channels. -Reviewed and selected images and videos to use as assets for social media content to advertise the band’s new merchandise. -Animated numerous videos involving product shots to explore different approaches to advertising their new line of products. -Created a seamlessly looping animated advertisement which was shared across all of Coldplay’s social media channels as well as in email blasts to the in-house team and subscribers. -Prepared finalized files in various aspect ratios and video codecs to suit the requirements of each social platform as well as GIFs for the email blasts.

-Designed an 11 page pitch deck that serves as an overview to my client’s film script as he pitches his screenplay to producers and investors. -Used various techniques in Photoshop to create an eye-catching image to be used on the cover as well as custom-made typography that ties together themes from the film’s script. -Worked with images and copy provided by the client, found photographs, typography, color palette, graphics, and custom-made composited images to create an editorial design that thoroughly encompassed the futuristic anti-war themes that the film evokes.

-Designed a set of flyers to advertise a community event in support of Black lives and the unhoused. -Successfully worked under a tight timeframe to achieve and exceed the goals of the project. -Assisted C.A.M.P.’s head organizer with creating the list of recommended donation items for attendees to bring to the event to help the unhoused. -Created a custom graphic using Adobe Illustrator’s pen tool to serve as the centerpiece of the flyer’s design as well as to tie together the themes of the event. -Designed the flyer with three different compositions to allow compatibility with various aspect ratios across social media platforms and printed posters. I also provided two color options for each of the three flyers to give the event’s sponsors more options for their social media pages.

-Designed a 36 page pitch deck for my client’s television series to be used in meetings with investors and producers. -Manipulated maps, illustrations, and graphic elements in Photoshop to create unique and elaborate assets that are woven throughout the entire deck. -Selected photographs, typography, illustrations, graphics, color palette, and layout to create a highly detailed editorial design that elicits the nomadic, eco-conscious tone, atmosphere, and essence of the series.

-Animated a sleek, fun logo reveal for the film using After Effects and free found sound effects. -Worked closely with the film’s creator, David Grotting, to integrate map animations throughout the film. The film documents a road trip David and his friend took down the Pan-American Highway, from San Francisco to Patagonia. David was searching for a creative way to illustrate where they were geographically on their journey throughout the film, and I created solutions for how we could implement animated maps to use throughout the film to guide the viewer along with them. -Designed all graphic elements used for the map animations -Animated the car driving along their exact route with location names appearing as the car reach each pitstop along the way. I used David’s PolarSteps account to track their locations and routes down the Panamerican Highway to ensure the most accurate animated representation of their expedition. -Selected the footage to accompany the maps based on their quality, representation of each location, and how well the maps would translate to the scene’s composition. -Motion tracked the map animation to 13 pieces of footage that were used throughout the film as well as a few extra clip for David to choose from in order to ensure he was able to create smooth transitions between shots as he was editing the film.

-Edited a fast-paced trailer packed with stunning match cuts to advertise and build anticipation for the film’s release. -Researched and selected the song choice, as well as obtained legal rights to use the music for the trailer. -Selected all footage and made all edits decisions for the trailer. **For added clarification, I edited the trailer, not the full length film.

-Researched style references and created mood boards for the film. -Storyboarded the three minute long animation. -Researched, interviewed, and selected the illustrator to team up with for the animated film. -Worked with an illustrator in Indonesia to assemble all illustrated assets needed for the film. I compiled lists of all need assets, style references, and notes if we needed any revisions. Although the illustrator and I spoke different languages, we lived in vastly different time zones, and he had never worked with an animator, we successfully pulled off this collaboration (with a little help from Google’s translator)! -Carefully inspected each illustrated element to ensure that every asset was properly prepared and labeled for the animation process. -I animated the entire 3 minute sequence that consisted of multiple characters, animals, bugs, waterfalls, fire, and other challenging elements. One shot I am particularly proud of contains over 100 individually animated waterfalls, multiple layers of firefly particles, and a breathtaking reveal. -Timed the animation to narration in an ancient foreign language and created subtitles to pair with it. -Collaborated with the film’s director and the team at Guayaki for the duration of the project to ensure each phase of the project was approved before moving onto the next phase.

-Designing graphics used for various branding projects that expand off of the company's existing logo -Projects include: business cards, notecards, stamps, and large-scale decals for semi-trucks.

-Designed a pair of logos for Compass’s premier real estate agent, Dane Soderberg. -Listened closely to the client’s goals for his logos to achieve results that are classic, tasteful, and timeless. -Revised the two logo designs until we had a solid pair that my client and I were both proud to present. -Prepared finalized files to be used for both print and web purposes.

-Edited a seamlessly looping short film for Guayaki to display as advertisements on the transparent glass LCD Screens of Fridges/Coolers across college campuses in the US. -Selected footage and compiled the edit. -Animated the text and graphics overlaid on the footage.

-Designed a 42 page business plan for my client to present his business proposal in meetings with potential investors. -Assisted with researching and writing various sections of the proposal, such as competitors, potential speakers to feature, social media engagement rates, etc. -Designed custom infographics and graphs to consolidate our research and other dense information into easily digestible bites of information. -Color graded the photography to give each spread a consistent look and feel throughout the deck. -Selected typography, photography, graphics, color palette, and layout to form a methodical yet exciting business plan that will surely peak the interests of investors.
