Creative Director for a digital publishing company that specializing in creating 15 different deliverables in the subject area of employee benefits. Products ranged from both online and print. We worked to deliver publications, presentations, motion graphics, videos, and animations. I managed the creative team members and work directly with the CEO/President in regards of quality control, design standards, employee hiring, and deployment of new products. I presented all client design reveals, staff meeting, and partnerships with print suppliers.

Art Director responsible for creating 4 brands that fall under the parent company: TurcomUSA, UltimoValue, Arevo, and Mount-It!. My daily activity ranged from photography of products, brand development, website design, creation of Amazon +plus listings, e-newsletters, data-sheets, catalogs, banners, package design, and video. Worked to find models, photograph those models, create concepts that were brand aligned, and provided all post-production via Lightroom, and Photoshop. I created 2 photo studios at the facility to accommodate the varies photography request. I managed 4 individual designers on the team.

Interacted with copywriters to develop creative concepts and executions of those designs. Advised internal clients within the organization on all technical, creative, and visual recommendations for both web and print needs. Provide effective direction at photo shoots. Comprehensive computer photo-retouching and image development. Routinely conceptualized creative solutions that effectively communicate the strategic intended for each tactic within the assigned product(s). Believe firmly in authentic story telling.

Senior Graphic Designer for Vinturi, Inc., an international brand of wine & spirit aerators. My duties included re-design of the companies website, packaging, promotional materials, brochures, stationery, advertisements, and display point-of-purchase items. In addition, I designed and produced various video components and social media campaigns.

Creative Director for The Kim Komando Show & TVKim.com. I was responsible for the overall brand identification and design elements surrounding Kim Komando. This involves design and production of the shows website, newsletters, advertisements, books, and e-mail promotions for an online membership base of 10 million. In addition, I developed the look and functionality of TVKim.com an website/online broadcast which further promoted The Kim Komando Show.

Creative Director for a national brand magazine and website that dealt with the subject of Pregnancy. After coming on board I re-designed the magazine, website, and all marketing tools. All none-camera ready advertisements, magazine production, FTP uploads, and press approvals, were my responsibility. In addition, I worked closely with the President and Vice President of the company on brainstorming ideas for future company growth.

Senior Graphic Designer for six community magazines that are targeted in the greater Phoenix and Las Vegas areas. I was responsible for such titles as Scottsdale 101, Green Valley Magazine, Foothills Magazine, Summerlin Magazine, and Oro Valley Magazine. These responsibilities include the complete creative process for layout & design, cover concepts, photo direction and selection, and all pre-press PDF production including on-line approval. I also developed, designed, and produced a prototype of a style driven magazine for the Scottsdale, Arizona market.
