Sr Territory Manager/Operations Manager/ Sales Representative representing top of the line brands in the Outdoor, Bike, Run/Fitness, and Snow Sports markets in the Rockies Territory. Currently representing Dakine Equipment, Dakine Apparel, Dakine Footwear, Arcade Belts, and Vertra. Formerly our Agency has represented: NEMO Equipment, Oboz Footwear, Pivot Cycles, 2XU, Ibex Outdoor Clothing, Focus Bicycles, Intense Cycles.
My primary role is to manage the systems for our Agency, allowing each member to operate most effectively in handling all aspects of Outside Sales transactions for our Vendors, while simultaneously providing excellent support for our Retailers. This includes maintaining efficient and timely communication channels, providing the team with productive tools, processing sales orders, writing suggested sales orders for buyers, tracking shipments, assisting in accounting needs, supporting warranty claim processes, providing brand image and content assets for online data and in store selling tools, showing and selling new products, managing all travel arrangements for sales meetings and trade shows, managing salesmen samples, organizing showroom merchandising and facility well-being, auditing commission reports, controlling website and social media channels, among other responsibilities. Additionally, my role is to assist in overseeing the overall vision and growth strategies for our Sales Agency.
