Main point of contact and provide upmost customer service to all our clients and associates. Assist and provide main support to the Account Executive to maintain productive relationships with the clients. Work with Underwriters, Brokers and Loan Processors on completing lending conditions for final Clear to Close. Manage pipeline daily with excel reports to meet clients needs and company turn times. Communicate with brokers and or loan processors to meet their needs daily. Verify borrowers employment. Insure the file is prepared for the doc drawer to draw documents for the borrower to sign once we are clear to close. Assist with 2nd loan approvals with our partner TCF.

Started as a Junior Account Manager and promoted to Account Manager less than a year. Provide assistance and support to our Account Executive, Underwriters, Brokers and Processors on completing lending conditions. Main function is managing the Account Executives accounts. Review underwriter conditions included but not limited: 1040's, Income, Verify Employment, Assets, Credit, Title, HUD's, Contracts, Appraisals, Homeowners Insurance, HOA dues, VA Forms, and FHA Forms. Insure everything is prepared for the Funder to draw documents for the borrower to sign and fund the loan. Assist funders and brokers to fund the loan as necessary.

Provided customer service to our client Bank of America REO defaulted properties. Worked with Bank of America to meet their needs to manage their product on a daily basis. Managed over 230 properties from evictions, pre-list, active list, and until file has closed. Reviewed BPO's and appraisals to determine the list price and or price reduction if needed. Managed each to ensure the bank receives their highest net. Duties included, reviewing repair bids, insurance claims, reimbursement, violations, HOA's, Title, and escrow.

Started as a Marketing Coordinator and worked all the way up to REO Team Lead Asset Manager. Review data by pulling reports to maximize and achieve team sales goals. Met with management to review reporting to meet sales goal on a monthly basis. As an Asset Manager we determined on how or if to repair, list, and disperse the asset. Managed over 300 REO defaulted properties. Worked in conjunction with the assigned real estate agent to determine best solutions to market the asset. Approved repairs within approval level. Worked with management to accept repairs above the limit to maximize profit. Inspected local properties as necessary for marketing purposes to meet highest net of sale. Negotiated sales offers on our assigned listings within the approval level. Review properties if insurance claims need to be filed for damages.

Ordered preservation work on vacant and abandoned properties that were in the foreclosure process to protect the company's interests. Worked with our assigned clients who provided preservation work. Managed reports on a daily basis to insure assets are protected within the limits. Functions included reviewing city/HOA violations and cure as needed within our authority during the foreclosure process. Rekey and maintain exteriors as needed within policies and procedures.

Started as an Accounts Payable position and promoted to REO Marketing Coordinator. As a REO Marketing Coordinator we assisted Asset Managers. Worked with appraisals, broker price opinions, repair bids, ordered title reports for the Asset Manager to review. Within the Accounts payable role, reviewed over 50-75 reimbursements per day. Made necessary phone calls to agents, utility companies, and vendors if there was or is any discrepancies to approve reimbursements to pay bills.

Started working in my junior year in high school as part time. Worked my way up from staff to Manager. As a manager customer service is the number one priority. Management roles included running the operations, customer care, handling money, open and close of business depending on shift. Also assisted with inventory and human resources.
