My name is John Cignarella. I live in Newport Beach. Graphic Design is my passion and I love the beach, skateboarding and the outdoors which is where I pull my inspiration from. Logo, label and poster design are what I really enjoy doing but I'm looking to learn as much as possible right now with the right company.

• Work with the Trader Joe's team to ensure that the highest level of customer
satisfaction is acheived

• Process and invoice policies, audits, endorsements, cancellations and other
appropriate transactions.
• Assist accounting department and clients in the reconciliation of client accounts.

Account Manager/Customer Service Representative

• Oversee monetary safe and transaction totals to ensure no discrepancies.
• Interview, hire, and train new employees.
• Responsible for knowledge of all regulations and serving procedures of available liquor.
• Manage employee scheduling to maintain the labor to sales ratio.
