Top Management

Managing and maintaining a profitable multi-million dollar portfolio. My primary focus is implementing
terms of credit for new accounts and reducing credit risk in order to ensure that each account is profitable and generates return business. I uphold a continued relationship and I am the point-of-contact for small
businesses, large vendors, shipping departments and sales management teams within the top three snowindustry
retailers, with the goal of having streamlined accounts and continued client satisfaction.

Credit Analyst

Managing a $200 Million account profile while creating new relationships with new accounts and maintaining pre-existing ones. I pride myself in upholding a 98% currency ratio and enforcing policies
that are consistent with company guidelines. In addition to monitoring a core group of collection
members, I am responsible for maintaining accurate reconciliations and cash applications.
●   Handled all collections aspects, reconciliation, write-offs and resolved any remittance
discrepancies
●   Enhancing productivity through defined schedules that benefit both the client and company

Accounts Receivable Specialist Credit Analyst

Managing a team of four highly-skilled negotiators and effectively handled conflicts or loan
compliance violations. On a daily basis I analyzed and determined the best course of action on
delinquent, or potentially delinquent, mortgage loans. I was responsible for the review of
confidential client information in order to determine eligibility for hardship assistance and completed loan modification packets that were within the HAMP guidelines.
●   Played a key role in developing negotiating process that increased modification success
rate, law office profits, and client relief.

Negotiations Manager

Generated revenue while managing all accounts receivables for a multi-million dollar company. I
incorporated data from A/R documents in order to generate accurate aging reports for management teams.
I created company procedures for an accounting team of five collectors that increased productivity while
allowing us to create and maintain client relationships that increased the companies worth and limited the number of delinquent accounts.
