As Studio Manager I was required to be trustworthy, handy, flexible and efficient. Acted as general point person for expanding production studios, creating a smooth filming experience for the entire Craftsy Production team. Ensured stages were fully equipped and maintained, acquired and maintained production equipment, developed and maintained organizational systems including equipment inventory and maintenance schedule. Assisted Instructional Producers in preparation of classes, props organization and purchasing, coordinated with Production Assistant on course purchases and assisted with office equipment organization & maintenance. Coordinated shipping/receiving for all deliveries to the studio and tracked consumable production costs, including catering, craft services, props, and supplies.

Fulfilled in-house studio photography and social media management needs for action sports commercial, editorial, and web publications. Combined editorial copy writing with on-location digital photo/video production including weekly press coverage of Red Bull sponsored athletes, the AMA Motocross series, and the XGames.

Duties include coordinating with photographer art directors, producers and assistants to maintain consistency with a chosen brand, from conceptualization to participating in final image selection and post; quality control inspection of digital files, crops, color curvature and processing of RAW images before transfer to client.

Brooks equipment checkout facility; manage the activity of the digital and film rental department for students and faculty at Brooks Institute, after-hours and weekends. Facilitate equipment demonstrations and instruction for students in studio and on location. Manage inventory, track damages and repairs and continually develop online inventory database.

Fulfilled architectural photo assistant duties including equipment transport, setup and breakdown, lighting installation and filtering, digital camera manipulation and operation, prop transport and installation among other routine studio duties.

Selected from local pool of student applicants to work for Kodak’s digital lab, assisted with image retouching, resizing and posting to the web for news agencies worldwide; film scanning, printing and archiving. Also handled on site large scale printing projects within the labs utilizing Kodak’s newest roll printers.
