• Led all planning efforts within the 8th TSC plans shop. • Supervised a team of world class planners from a diverse background with varying skill sets. • Fostered a collaborative and team centric planning approach culminating in the first ever signed plan for the Korea Problem Set for 8th Theater Sustainment Command. • Planned, resourced and executed numerous site visits and planning conferences across the Pacific Area of Responsibility and the Continental United States.

• Led, planned and produced multiple Operational Plans focused on Homeland Defense, Response to Natural Disasters and the Korean Problem Set. • Led numerous Joint and Army planning efforts on behalf of United States Army Pacific Command • Routinely briefed all aspects of United States Army Pacific’s operational planning efforts to numerous senior leaders across the Joint Force in the Pacific. • Led, resourced and executed numerous planning conferences across the Pacific Area of Responsibility as well as the Continental United States in support of the Korea Family of Plans. • Planned and resourced war games and simulations in support of the Korea Family of Plans both in Hawaii and the Korean Peninsula.

• Managed all aspects of strategic planning for United States European Command (USEUCOM) and United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM). • Built and led teams of experts from across the Army Staff and other Departments and agencies to design and synchronize planning in support of USEUCOMs toughest problem sets. • Led and executed Army and Joint Planning Groups focused on Title Ten support to all EUCOM and AFRICOM plans. • Produced Execution orders and Overseas Force Structure Changes in support of European Command and the Secretary of Defense. • Personally led the Army’s effort to re-establish the NATO Response Force, one of the Secretary of Defense’s top priorities for USEUCOM.

• Conducted strategic appraisals of the Army’s ability to provide forces in support of Combatant Commanders’ demand with relevant and effective land forces. • Analyzed national strategies, theater strategies, future scenarios and emerging concepts to inform force mix and Army structure decisions. • Led department wide initiative to reduce the Army’s end strength by 27 thousand personnel.

• Commanded Charlie Troop 1st Squadron, 91st Cavalry (Airborne). • Commanded Rear Detachment 1st Squadron 91st Cavalry (Airborne). • Responsible for the training, readiness, morale and combat effectiveness of 90 Paratroopers.
