• Revenue Forecasting - Generate sales forecasting for each key account and overall with monthly and annual revenue goals based on the previous year and current trends.
• Project Pipeline – Create reporting for current projects in development and submitted quotes to better manage company workflow and prioritize projects.
• Open Sales Order Report - Generate and translate the open sales order report with weekly reporting to the team, review against the monthly and annual revenue forecast to manage workflow and identify top priorities for operations and at-risk orders.
• Project Management and Customer Service – Working with top accounts and boutique clients managing engineering files, quotes, multiple vendors, project timelines, and all other client needs.
• Customer Relationship Management – Organizing all leads and customer data, onboarding new key accounts
• Procurement – Producing purchase orders for specific jobs or stock orders and reviewing with operations to ensure accuracy and confirm production timelines
• Product Development – Working with design department and customer to finalize equipment product designs and obtain samples for approval
• Organization of customer accounts and project folders within company database
• Supporting the operations team and warehouse – Inventory control, receiving containers
