I am currently a working for Allstate in the Corona Claims department and for past five years my work experience has been in the finance and insurance industry.  My greatest interest is working with computers information systems.  In June 2015 I graduated from Cal State San Bernardino with my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration for Computer Information Systems and Technology, including a Cyber Security certification.
For the past five years I have been assisting customers find their financial needs.  At Wells Fargo, I learned the banking and finance industry including their security and privacy policies to prevent fraud with risk management.  I also have gained the product knowledge and sales skills necessary to help customers with their appropriate financial needs.  In addition to my experience to working with Wells Fargo, I then worked for a State Farm where I was introduced to the Insurance industry.  While working in the Insurance industry, I became licensed by the California Department of Insurance to become a broker.  The licenses I obtained from the Department of Insurance are Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health broker agent licenses. From my work experience in finances, insurance, customer service and sales, I became an Allstate Claim’s Representative and in this position I am able to use all of my work experiences.
My dream job is finding an opportunity where I can use both my work experience and knowledge in Computer Information Systems.

Adjust and negotiate vehicle market valuations, Gather information for 20 Auto total loss and theft claims daily
Liaison between insurers, lien holders, public agencies, and repair shops (30 phone calls daily)
Issue checks to insurers, lien holders or repair shops ($5,000-$50,000 per check)
