• Operating CFO of the PepsiCo Foodservice business for the business unit. Responsibility for the financial forecasting, annual planning, and daily analysis of $325MM in revenue, pricing governance, MC flow through, $14MM in labor and operating costs, and total operating profit. • Key financial decision maker in delivering the annual financial profit plan and best in country performance vs plan for the past 3 years. • Supervise accounting responsibilities for $40MM in accrued liabilities, including month journal entries, account reconciliations, and quarterly analysis of liability balance. • Financial review and approval for 2,500 business account acquisitions annually; evaluation of KPI metrics for ROI, NPV, payback, capital investment and annual profit returns for each acquisition. • Manage a team of four financial professionals; support, train, and partner with more than 100 field salespersons ranging from Vice President to Account Representatives. • Recognized with an award by the PepsiCo CFO for my leadership of the best practice initiative to harmonize and improve financial processes for the entire country finance organization.

Responsible for delivering $1.1B in planned net revenue for the South Region through prudent net price management in the retail segment business. • Utilize internal and external financial data to reveal consumer insights and develop strategies to capture potential financial gains versus competition. • Develop standard and promotional pricing architecture that aligns with our strategic initiatives, and regulate any pricing anomalies that differ significantly in the market. • Lead annual process to activate retail price increases in the market to deliver planned revenue growth. • Support sales Vice President, Directors and Account Managers in the field with analysis, reporting, and tools to understand their customer financials and make principled financial decisions to drive profitability. • Manage one direct report. Conduct annual review, provided training and development to understand financial metrics, key financial concepts, and executive presence.

Integral part of the South Region team that was best in class for the country in 2013 for topline volume growth, total revenue, margin contribution, cost performance, and operating profit. • Responsible for the period consolidation and reporting of the region P&L to Senior Leadership team for volume, revenue, margin contribution, total costs, and operating profit. Able to clearly communicate and describe financial performance versus forecast and plan. • Responsible for the development of the region Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and period forecasting spend of $277MM for the Selling & Delivery and Satellite Warehouse operations. • Support 7 Market Directors and 64 Location Managers with financial reporting and tools to help them analyze their business and make informed decisions.

Responsible to build and maintain financial models for AOP and period forecast for $120MM of Information Technology spend in labor, software licenses, hardware, and T&E.

Prepared GL journal entries for balance sheet and P&L accounts, and analyzed and researched budget variances for multi-million dollar technology budgets.

Prepared, reviewed, and approved inventory account reconciliations and ledger journal entries done by staff for shrink, reserves, purchase price variances, in-transit inventory, and memo inventory.

Responsible for preparing all consolidated financial statements including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, 10-K and 10-Q SEC quarterly reports.
