Greet customers, replenish stock, manage dressing rooms, cash customers out, be aware of loss prevention, and other general sales associate duties Train new employees on store policies, how to understand selling points, and to be aware of their sales numbers Change window and interior displays in order to gain attention to certain pieces and keep a fresh look to the store Take care of any maintenance issues such as painting, holes, and any other minor repairs needed
