Born Risk Taker!  Driven to win.  Racing and riding motorcycles has taught me to be quick on my feet and in my mind while pushing to win.  Stalking an elusive bull or trying to call in a group of mallards has taught me patience and allowed me to develop strategic skills to accomplish my goals.

As Director of sales I currently manage a team of dedicated sales folks passionate about the outdoors and more importantly passionate about accelerating business with our trusted partners.  Wholesale is a critical part of our business and helps bring the brand to life by putting the product in consumers hands. 

I am also an experienced brand manger with a core strength in strategic business vision.  People leadership is my passion with a history of building strong successful teams.  Profitability comes first through strong margins, cutting edge products and sustainable sales growth.  B2C and B2B experience that has driven year over year success and growth with all positions I have been part of.  

The relentless drive to win is fueled by my passion for the industries I live within.  I have owned successful businesses in the bicycle, motorsports and marketing industries.  My passions include hunting and fishing and twisting the grip on any of my motorcycles.
