Conduct on the job HSE training to O & M staff on Safe Operation and Maintenance of Refinery Advising on Safety of Routine pre-commissioning, Commissioning and start up jobs: High pressure pumps, Gas compressor, Heaters, fractionation column, strippers, absorbers, start up, shut down, and trouble shooting and normal operations of the plant Witness Test Runs, Alarms and Trip Checks. Administer the Project HSE Plan of Zone:4 (Marine/Offshore) with the Project Manager and renders technical assistance on safety throughout all phases of Project. Ensure a site level HSE Management system is implemented effectively by all subcontractors. Take in-charge of HSE Trainer, Environmental Coordinator, PTW Coordinator, Health & Hygiene Coordinator in Zone:4 of the Project Research and develop training plan and idea for improvement to be more effective On-the-job training execution corresponding to user’s needs Ensure well relationship and communication to divisions/departments to grasp the status and issue of On-the-job training Regular Site HSE inspection, hazard identification associated with work and initiate recommendations for required corrective actions with the execution team Evaluate the effectiveness of safety in subcontractor’s daily construction activities based on Work Permits and attached supporting documents Promptly alert JGCS, line and functional management to accidents and incidents.
