At an expert level, provides customer service to park visitors at multiple park locations. Oversees the scheduling of staff including full-time employees, contract employees, stipend park hosts and volunteers to ensure administrative office and special event coverage. Acts as liaison with corporate partners, private customers, LCRA employees and park program staff for facility scheduling, programming and billing. Answers phones, greets park visitors, acts as cashier and provides information to visitors on park operations and facility rental. Ensures coordination of park reservations, special events and rentals with LCRA staff to guarantee adequate resources and physical setups are completed. Oversees the coordinating and reporting needed for facility repairs and cleaning. Acts as district lead with Reserve America. Ensures Parks Cash Collection Policy is followed within the district and acts as team lead for cash collection coordinators.

The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP)Soldier Ride Coordinator is responsible for facilitating logistics and recruiting Alumni for Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Soldier Ride events. The Soldier Ride program provides inclusive cycling opportunities across the country for wounded service members. Rides are typically two - five (2-5) days long and are geared for warriors of all abilities. The Soldier Ride Coordinator will also work to ensure warrior participants acquire coping skills and continue to engage in future activities. Responsible for recruiting Alumni and facilitating logistics for Soldier Ride events Provide encouragement, motivation, and leadership as necessary to assist warriors and families in developing a healthy lifestyle Coordinate all transportation logistics for participants, working in conjunction with the Operations Specialist and using Salesforce and CVent Work with all relevant IT infrastructure and resources
