International Marketing Coordinator

Support daily marketing operations for user-facing communication channels as they relate to social media, influencer relations, media campaigns and strategies, e-commerce,  and ads
Track and analyze marketing activations and product performance to maximize ROI and ensure KPIs and revenue goals are met 
Manage schedules, digital assets, and project organization to ensure requirements and marketing deliverables are clearly communicated, understood, and executed
Work directly with retailers to create synergy across all channels and marketing levers on key initiatives 
Present marketing and creative briefs during weekly meetings with all cross-functional teams

Manage the social media content calendar including content planning and developing, publishing, and execution of contests
Develop the social media style which includes the brand's four core pillars of action sports, art, music, and street culture
Proactively manage content that supports and engages in wider campaigns such as brand events and launches
Monitor, analyze, and report social iterations and identify opportunities and long term needs to optimize employee engagement

Social Media Coordinator - Retail Operations 

Define areas of opportunities for retail employee engagement
Collect employee engagement data from various retailers and utilize findings for new engagement strategies
Present and pitch new engagement strategy to retail operations department, partnering executives, and company president
Create a custom Vans Retail Instagram account to establish an authentic retail community to increase engagement in a modern and effective manner 

Retail Operations Intern 

Prepare session plans and establish course goals based on class style and level
Demonstrate methods and techniques to students in all styles of dance including ballet, hip hop, jazz, contemporary, and lyrical
Observe and evaluate students’ work to determine student progress or make suggestions for improvement

Dance Instructor 

Plan and execute print, digital, and customer marketing campaigns in monthly newsletters
Organize promotional yearly holiday events for members and outside vendors
Evaluate and analyze promotional and strategic membership campaign success
Schedule conferences and meetings with clients

Marketing Assistant 

Market calendar creations, includes all campaigns for an entire season for social media and overall branded content
Distribution of apparel and art assets among retailers and representatives at trade shows and pop ups
Production of photo shoots for creative content, photo archive, and organization
Draft press releases, product knowledge seminar transcripts, and event recaps
