Working as a Human Resources Generalist for a medical company that employs physicians around the United States. The current regions that I am responsible for are Tacoma Office (220 colleagues), Directors and above (70 colleagues), and California and Nevada Colleagues (440 colleagues.) This role focuses to ensure proper transition for all new colleagues, benefit administration, employee relations, FMLA/LOA tracking, site closure administration, terminations and other duties as assigned.

To provide human resources assistance, service and guidance within one or more areas of responsibility: compensation, benefits, employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, retention, and other areas as needed. Partners with employees and management to advise and communicate various HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.

The HR Coordinator’s role among the business leadership is to help ensure all employees work efficiently with minimal personal issues while working in safe, collaborative, and productive environment. My duties include but are not limited to the following: -Be the primary point of contact for recruitment of non-managerial positions -Create or revise job posting and get approval from hiring manager prior to posting, and post position on relevant posting sites, as well as the Employee Self-Service Portal -Review resumes as they come in and send possible matches to the hiring manager for review -Coordinate interviews and meet with all candidates for at least 10 minutes prior to the hiring manager’s interview -Work with the hiring manager during the interview process until a final candidate is selected -Prepare offer letter for HR Director’s approval, and once offer details are approved, make offer to selected candidate -Contact candidates who were not selected to inform them that t

(PT) To create and expand the consumer experience at retail, deepen the connection between our core consumers at retail, and drive conversion at our account partner doors for Supra and KR3W. -Execute delivery of global pop packages at retail, marketing materials to sales reps and accounts. -Update all vendor related websites with current marketing campaigns on a seasonal basis including web banners, videos, social media, product images, logos, etc. -Maintain a running database of all marketing assets such as window wrap sizes, light box sizes, all signage sizes and opportunities for accounts. -Assemble and analyze seasonal sales data to assist in implementing marketing initiatives. -Track all account co-op budgets and retail marketing expenses. -Interact with accounts on a daily basis to assess their needs at retail. -Oversee and track all artwork request forms submitted by Sales from initial start to final delivery to accounts. -Work closely with Creative Services to deliver artw
