Started as a keyholder with the responsibilities including: overseeing store closing duties, track and log the store’s daily income. Encourage store policies to sales associates, and create incentives for employees to sell and increase income. Develop personal relationships with clients, and keeping track of each individual's contact, personal style, sizing, purchases and behaviors. Give clients an enjoyable and unique experience upon entrance to exit.

Wrote job proposals, collected quotes, processed customer orders, scheduled appointments, and delegated deliveries. Served as a liaison between project managers, internal departments, contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Performed booking duties to include processing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cash application, bank reconciliation and bank deposits.
