•	Call out food that is ordered to line cooks with a one ticket system
•	Manage ticket times and double check every item on the ticket before going out to guests
•	Communicate with Chef, cooks, food runners and servers
•	Make sure food is prepared the way it is supposed to be

Substitute Teacher

•	Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, assist in the overall activities of elementary-aged students in an Extended Student Services (ESS) program; assist in planning and designing activities; supervise students in classroom and outdoor activities.
•	Assist in the preparation of daily program activities including materials and supplies; provide a safe, caring, positive and interesting learning environment, prepare food and snacks. 
•	Serve as role model and develop positive social behaviors for students according to established procedures; reinforce positive behaviors as appropriate and communicate inappropriate behaviors to Supervisor and parents.
•	Assure the health and safety of students by following health and safety practices and procedures; assist in maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
•	Communicate with students and parents alike.
•	Assist school staff, front office and teachers with anything they need help with.
