Served as in office and on-site event production coordinator for both large scale and small conference like events nationwide. Assisted Production Manager with coordination of volunteers, venues, and in overall support for events and production team. Managed smaller events from venue selection to event run, including, budget tracking, staff scheduling, volunteer recruitment, travel booking, supply inventory and shipping, event contracts, event registration, and post event expense reports. Also assisted sales and customer service departments in event sales and order processing including collecting, entering, and applying payments to sales orders.

Assisted event and show producers with multiple aspects of seasonal special and one-off events and shows from pre-production and install to daily operation and strike. Coordinated day of event/show areas, managed schedule, and served as onsite leadership for audio crew, stagehands, event specific performers, as well as guests and other front line employees. Recorded and passed on daily notes for event quality assurance including scenic and theming issues, audio and lighting problems, as well as costume and front line employee concerns. Participated in end of season front line staff reviews, seasonal staff training, SOP creation for event and show production, purchasing and inventory of event and show props and supplies, and creative planning for both recurring installment improvements and future attractions.
