Operations / Sponsorship Coordinator: - Manage sponsorship budget and P&L for jewelry portfolio. Ensure all expenses are within budget. - Create and fulfill sponsorship contracts by leading collaboration between the team, the sponsor, and the vendor. - Brainstorm, source and coordinate special events, promotional displays, and value-added sponsorship opportunities. - Assist operations manager with exhibitor relations, staff communications, and pre-show projects. - Travel to tradeshows across the country as operational support and floor manager.
