Designed first generation Fox concept stores and flagship store at Fox Corporate Headquarters in Irvine, Ca. Partner closely with Field Project Manager to ensure design intent and brand image are met. Manage and oversee new store design process. Develop build guides for store fixtures and finishes for field construction teams. Manage third party vendor purchasing of supplies and materials. Oversee the management of all Retail Store brand marketing and collateral. Develop and implement ongoing visual merchandising strategies throughout the organization. Create, communicate and maintain visual merchandising policies and procedures for all stores. Develop and implement compelling store level/market specific marketing strategies to drive revenue and enhance brand image. Propose, communicate and train field management in visual merchandising, presentation standards, skills and techniques. Manage internal and external resources to accomplish visual merchandising tasks in field. Oversee floor planning and seasonal floorsets. Plan, develop and execute strategic events to increase sales and profitability.
