I work to support the market research, data analysis, and strategic business needs of my clients so they better understand their customers and can make informed decisions quickly and confidently. My most recent work has been with Facebook to support the policy and communications insights team.

Managed custom market research projects across industries and methodologies while growing my skills in data analysis and visual storytelling. Supported clients through key decisions such as whether or not to continue building a sub-brand, how to increase store visitation, where to allocate marketing spend, and how to market and build products for unique customer segments. Clients included: Deckers (UGG, Teva), Starbucks, Warner Bros, MetLife, AutoTrader, T-Mobile, and more.

I worked to interpret data from Excel into a meaningful story with actionable insights so the customer voice could be heard. In doing this, I managed quantitative research projects for various clients including HP, Microsoft, Allergan, and more. Functional responsibilities included research methodology development, field management, analysis, reporting, and results presentation.
