Linea Intimo Linea Intimo is a high-tech seamless apparel development and manufacturing facility of MAS Holdings. • Worked as an Assistant Manager - Product Development - Handled Lululemon seamless products and totally responsible for front-end operation i.e. from initial prototype development to fit approval. - My responsibility cascade to the external customer (Lululemon) and internal customer (internal Size set team at Product development/ also partially for production teams) - Developing Production feasibility product while exceeding the customer expectations as well as meeting the lowest cost - Interpret Customer design and help my team to develop knitting machine programmes in order to facilitate the product development process - Managing international and local customers, Machinery, Technology, Yarn suppliers and people - Preparing Cost of Production based on the production parameters and involving final product pricing with marketing and Customer etc. - Have knowledge of Santoni circular knitting technology (Machines such as TOP/TOP1/TOP2/TOP2V/TR and also have knowledge of WARP seamless technology) • Involve in lean manufacturing implementation project in product development process and covered areas - Quick Changeover for knitting & sewing areas (Team Leader and the Champion for the entire project) - Value stream mapping for the entire development process - 5S implementation - Problem-solving techniques etc.
