Style Team (RTW) - I have full responsibility for the womens ready to wear department including all duties listed below price, presentation and flow, as well as sell to guest, increase basket size, scheduled fitting room and store operator duties. Style Team (Shoes) - I have full responsibility for the Shoe Department including all duties listed below. I am presently doing all of the duties listed below as scheduled and when required for the efficient running and profitability of my store. Price Accuracy team member - Duties included effecting markdowns and price changes as scheduled using relevant equipment. Presentation team member - Duties included setting display of merchandise with pricing and relevant signing as scheduled according to schematics sent from headquarters using relevant equipment. Flow team Member - Duties included but not limited to, assisting guests, sorting merchandise received from the distribution center for all soft lines by department and displaying in women's, accessories, kids, infants and mens departments according to planogram. Using PDAs to complete in-stocks tasks list, research outs, critical lows and drastic counts, assisting with back-stocking and replenishment.

In addition to being overall liaison between the stores, suppliers and freight forwarders, responsibilities included but were not limited to attending trade shows and all buying functions, preparing commercial invoices for customs agents. Banking, assisting with roster as well as overseeing staff and the day to day running of the stores.

Cave Shepherd Responsible for negotiating with suppliers credit and payment terms as well costing product to meet margin and sales targets. Attend trade shows, purchase merchandise, and calculate estimated landed cost, calculate selling prices, update and maintain open to buy and stock levels. Negotiate gift with purchase, promotions, give staff product training. Liaison between the company suppliers, logistics department, freight forwarders, store managers, warehousing and retail staff. Responsibility for researching trends to give input to help maximize and forecast sales as well as instruct and assist with merchandising of products.
