I have over 15 years of experience as a marketing professional by solving problems and initiating solutions, growing brands, helping companies reach critical KPIs and improving website presence and user experiences for B2C, B2B and non-profit organizations. I'm a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a degree in Journalism and a certification from Milwaukee Area Technical College in Computer Graphic Design. I have also taught courses on Adobe computer graphic applications, as well as teaching and mentoring dealer networks and sales representatives on the nuts and bolts of web development and digital marketing.

Responsible for developing and implementing the architectural approach and merchandising of the
customer experience across assigned digital channels (.com, mobile, social and email) to maximize value for the customer, cross-sell products and improve conversion rates. Work extensively with key Line of Business Product Marketing Managers to identify and implement cross-selling opportunities across public and customer-facing websites. Write business charters and project management documentation for timelines, deliverables, milestones and resource allocation. Work with internal developer resources to develop and implement Adobe Target to create targeted advertising across the BMO Harris Online Banking portal to introduce and sell new products based on customer profiles. Provide performance reporting of campaigns to stakeholders using Adobe Marketing Cloud
