In my position, with my knowledge I am to create a great experience for the guest by guiding them through our cuisine and wine pairings.

responsible for coordinating drawings, designing prototype fixtures, layout and space planning new stores, reviewing and updating specifications for Purchasing, R&M and Design, creating and updating a master Request for Information log, creating a master list of branded fixtures and shop and go fixtures by brand/store, updating/inputting existing store information into database.

Visually coordinated food displays and table settings for events such as conventions, weddings, award ceremonies, celebrity events. Learned Ritz-Carlton etiquette standards. In-Room Dining Server Coordinated in-room dining orders, as well as special events such as press junkets, celebrity, and company events.

Organized sections daily for servers on Open Table; also setting up reservations, answering and returning calls, and creating a great first impression by welcoming the guests. As Banquet Server I coordinated displays and provided a synchronized service.

Greeted customers upon arrival and sat them according to rotatiion. Took reservations, to-go orders and cashiered.

Organized and maintained floor in order. I mastered in bra fittings and assisted customers providing my product knowledge. Handled cash and credit as cashier.

Kept in contact with clients and with city officials to keep track of projects. I assisted in some projects via AutoCAD. Answered phones and checked messages and coordinated appointments. I shipped, received packages, and organized the library.
