• Created Color palette, Art Direction and Seasonal Trend concept with minimal direction from Cheif Creative Officer • Spearheaded all-company meeting presenting the Art Direction, Color Palette, Trend, Textile Development, and Illustration of the monthly delivery at the start of every season • Worked closely with the Chief Creative Officer and the Creative Director to identify and build seasonal collections across all categories/ classification (Woven, Sweater, Outerwear, Bottoms and Accessories) • Assisted the CCO in launching Dress line, Special capsules for Bloomingdales and re-branding a private lable, ZOZO for Dillard's • Designed and developed woven and knitwear styles from concept through to finished products: Illustrations, sketches, technical line drawings, and CADs • Partnered with Tech team for creating Tech Packages and Fitting • Partnered with PD team to communicate with mills in Asia/ retrieve fabric/ Color Approve/ strike-off and proto Comment/ FBO costing and suggest alternative options to meet requirements • Oversaw all CAD textile artwork files going out to mills: Size/scale, Pantone color allocation, file separations, pattern placement diagram and, seamless artwork repeats to achieve the highest yield per each garment style • Created visual presentation with recolored prints, reconstructed Sweater pattern, CAD mockups, Illustration, and Flats • Traveled to London, Paris, Milan, Florence, Seoul, Shanghai for Trend inspiration • Attended Tradeshows like PV, Spin Expo, KPNY, and Pitti Filati to source yarns and textiles • Mentored and trained assistant designers and CAD designers to refine their design development process • Liaised with Merchandising team in creating product knowledge guide for direct customers and the retailers

Developed 200+ print designs in repeats with multiple colorways to showcase at Paris PV 2012 S/S and 2013 F/W (Customers to highlight: Vivienne Westwood, Max Mara, Cotelac, Viktor & Rolf, and Maison Kitsune) • Developed a collection of print designs for Cerruti 1881's menswear printed shirts • Partnered with CAD team to support production for Gucci, Jean-Paul Gautier, Moschino, and Helmut Lang

• Supported Senior designers by creating CAD mockups, updating Tech Packs and the Line Sheet • Designed and developed Knitted and Printed Textiles • Developed Cardigan and Skirt collection for Nordstrom from concept through to finished products

• Supported the creative directors; Alexa Adams and Flora Gills with F/W 2010 runway preparation • Supported production for knitwear, woven and accessory development with CAD, communication and hands-on work
