• Planning and implementing the assembly/installation of the cable/wire harness subsystem from integrated design on advanced satellites destined to operate in a space environment. • Troubleshooting errors incurred during the collection of data from testing and validation processes performed upon various subsystems (i.e. antenna and electrical harness/cable routing) utilizing wiring diagrams and schematics to determine root cause(s) of anomalous results. • Documenting integration discrepancies followed by the disposition, which includes documented processes combined with innovative methodology, after discussing and presenting solutions to customers of The Boeing Company during MRB or FRB (Material or Failure Review Board). • Act as the REA when enacting design changes and the implementation thereof. • Supporting the Harness Products Org as CAB (Corrective Action Board) lead holding responsibilities such as organizing meetings, assigning actions, working corrective actions to closure, and developing process improvement plans of action. • Supporting the Harness Products Org as RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action) lead addressing process escapes and subsequently developing and working quality improvement plans on the manufacturing floor.

• Troubleshooting Geovision software issues for both technical and non-technical customers as well as network configurations. • Creating formal notes for product design specification improvements. Information relayed to design engineering team for assessment and consideration.
